The concert venue will be held at the Oxnard College Performing Arts Theatre. The Independent Artist Series highlights the best emerging artists from Santa Barbara to Los Angeles. The event/fundraiser is held through the CAC (Community Advocacy Coalition) hosted by Luminary Sounds
